Knoq

See where it really goes

Knoq reads a QR code and shows you the real address first: every short link and redirect it passes through, and the domain it finally reaches. Nothing opens until you tap Open.

Know where a code goes before it opens.

A menu, a parking meter, a flyer: the code usually hides a short link. Knoq shows you where it goes before anything opens.

01

Where it really goes

Each hop of a short link is followed from your phone and struck through as the next one lands. The address it ends at is in large type, and nothing opens until you tap Open.

02

Straight to the camera

Knoq opens on the camera, with nothing in front of it. Codes in photos and screenshots read too, and batch mode takes a stack in one go.

03

Every scan, and where it went

History keeps each code with its real destination: search, favourites, tags, and a Trash that holds a deleted scan for 30 days.

More in the app

A

Lookalikes named

A domain dressed up as a brand it is not is called out, with the brand's real site beside it. Knoq tells you what it found; it never calls a link safe.

B

Make your own codes

Link, Wi-Fi, contact, text, email and message codes in your colours, shared as a PNG or shown full screen at full brightness.

C

Wi-Fi and contacts in one tap

A Wi-Fi code joins the network after iOS asks you; a contact code opens the new-contact card.

D

Yours to export

The whole history exports to CSV, with the scanned content and the real destination side by side.
