Agreement
These terms apply to every app I publish, together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By downloading or using an app, you accept both. Where they differ, these terms add to Apple's; they don't replace it.
Using my apps
You may use my apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.
Pro and subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Everything you put into my apps is yours. It lives on your device, and where an app offers export you can take it out at any time. Because I don't keep a copy, you're responsible for your own backups, for example through iCloud.
App-specific notes
- Carnest reminders are a planning aid. Follow your vehicle manufacturer's service schedule.
- Mirro plays your screen through your TV's own player, so not every TV accepts it and the picture arrives a few seconds late. The test picture shows whether yours works before you pay.
- Tern finds places from the location data in your photos. It can miss or misplace a visit, so check your map and trips before you rely on them.
- Kehribar compares measurements with WHO and CDC reference curves. It isn't medical advice; talk to your paediatrician about your child's growth.
- Onzi is an independent game built from public records. It isn't affiliated with any club, league or player.
- Divnest shows market data, estimates and projections for information only. It isn't financial, tax or investment advice.
- Subnest is a tracking aid, not financial advice. Check prices and renewal dates against the service itself.
- Renewo reads dates from your documents automatically. Check them against the document itself before you rely on them.
- Motornest reminders are a planning aid. Follow your motorcycle manufacturer's service schedule.
- Garnest keeps the count you give it. It can't know whether that matches the fabric in your hands, so check your work against your pattern.
- Mat Chess is a training aid, not coaching or medical advice. Grappling carries a risk of injury: learn and drill techniques under a qualified instructor, and tap early.
- Penline is a log, not medical advice. It doesn't recommend doses, schedules or changes to your treatment, and it doesn't replace your doctor or pharmacist. Talk to your doctor before changing your dose.
- Paperlo places a picture of your signature on the page. That isn't a certified electronic signature, and Paperlo doesn't edit the text already in a PDF.
- Knoq shows where a code leads and what it noticed along the way. It doesn't tell you a link is safe, so decide before you open it.
- Sifto deletes only what you put in its bin and confirm. Deleted photos go to your library's Recently Deleted album and are removed from it after 30 days, so check the bin before you empty it.
