Privacy Policy

One policy for every app I publish: what stays on your device, the few things that don't, and why.

Last updated 13 October 2026

No account

None of my apps asks you to sign up. There's no profile of you to keep.

On your device

What you type, photograph or record stays in the app on your iPhone.

Your own iCloud

Sync and backup, where offered, run through your private iCloud, never through me.

Purchases via Apple

Apple takes payment. RevenueCat confirms Pro. Neither sees your content.

Who I am

I'm Berat Mehmetoglu, an independent developer. I publish these apps on the App Store under my own name and I'm responsible for your data under this policy. It covers every app I publish.

02

What I collect

Nothing that identifies you. My apps have no accounts, and what you enter in them isn't sent to me. I don't run servers that store your data, so there's no copy of it for me to lose, sell or hand over.

03

Where your data lives

In each app's own storage on your device. If you turn on iCloud, where an app offers it, Apple keeps a copy in your private iCloud account under Apple's terms. I can't see it.

Deleting an app deletes its data from that device.

04

Services I use

  • Apple processes every payment. I never receive your payment details.
  • RevenueCat keeps Pro working across your devices. It receives a random identifier for your installation, basic technical details and the purchase record, never what you've entered. In Carnest, Mirro, Tern, Onzi, Renewo, Motornest, Garnest, Penline, Paperlo, Knoq and Sifto it also receives how far the installation got through the first screens and what happened on the purchase screen: whether a free trial was offered, which plan's button was pressed and how the purchase ended. That tells me where people stop, and it's never your answers or anything you've made.
  • Public data services supply things like exchange rates, market prices and map tiles. These requests carry nothing you entered, but like any internet request they reveal your IP address to the provider.
  • Mapbox draws the map in Tern. Besides the map tiles, its SDK sends Mapbox its own telemetry: how the map is used, performance and diagnostic data, a random identifier it creates and, when you've given Tern location access, it can include your device's location. It isn't linked to you, isn't used to track you and never includes your trips or photos.
  • Google AdMob serves the optional rewarded video in Onzi, only when you ask for one. It receives device identifiers, an approximate location derived from your IP address and ad interaction data. Ads aren't personalised, and I don't ask to track you across other apps.

Your choices and rights

Because I don't hold your data, most requests are handled on your device: export it where the app offers export, and delete the app to remove it. For anything else, including what a provider holds about a purchase, write to me and I'll help.

07

Children

My apps aren't directed at children. Kehribar is made for parents to keep their child's memories; the child doesn't use it and there's no child account.
